Event participation
Event registration, ticketing, RSVP, waitlist, and attendance are subject to event-specific terms, capacity limits, venue rules, artist or production requirements, security procedures, and accessibility arrangements.
Changes and cancellations
Bridge to Bold may modify event dates, times, venues, programming, performers, speakers, or format when circumstances require. Refund or exchange rights should be stated clearly at the point of sale for paid events.
Photography and media
Events may include photography, video, audio recording, livestreaming, or media coverage. Event pages and registration forms should include appropriate notices and release language where needed.
Code of conduct
Bridge to Bold may remove or deny participation to any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or inconsistent with event rules or venue requirements.
